About Rachel Demuth
Rachel Demuth opened Demuths Restaurant in 1987 and continues to work closely with head chef Richard Buckley, who runs the restaurant on a day-to-day basis.
Rachel currently spends most of her time running The Vegetarian Cookery School, writing articles about vegetarian living and working on her new book celebrating the 25th anniversary of Demuths Restaurant.
