Bookings
We are a small restaurant and advise customers to book in advance, especially if it’s for a large booking or a special occasion.
We take bookings for lunch and dinner everyday.
Large Bookings
Max 10 except for Friday evening and Saturday evening.
Max of 6 on Friday evening and Saturday evening
Please let us know if you can’t make your booking or you will be late. We can hold the table for 15 minutes.
Invitation Cards
We accept invitation cards (except Saturdays) and you must book in advance.
Special Occasions
For birthdays, anniversaries and celebrations we can make a cake, provide organic bubbles.
Birthday Cakes
We make birthday cakes, with a choice of flavours that can be vegan or gluten free (from £20). Cakes need to be ordered and paid for 1-week in advance.
Gift Vouchers
It's the perfect birthday present. Gift vouchers available from £10 to £50 towards a meal at Demuths.
Children
Children are welcome at Demuths in the daytime and early evening, up until 7pm.
We can make smaller portions of dishes from the main menu(where possible).
For babies and toddlers we have high chairs.
Unfortunately we do not have space for changing facilities.
Access
The restaurant is in a Grade 1 Georgian building with 2 steps up to the front door and toilets downstairs.
Dietary
For those with very specific dietary requirements, please let us know at least 2-days in advance when you book.
We are also happy to cater for those on special diets or for those with allergies to certain foods. For this purpose we keep a list of all the ingredients used in the preparation of the dishes we make.
You must inform us in advance of any dietary requirement or allergy before ordering your meal. It is also advisable to phone the restaurant beforehand to confirm that we can cater for you.
We can provide wheat-free and gluten-free bread on request.
As we cook with dairy products, nuts, wheat, flour and other such ingredients that people may be allergic to, there remains a possibility that cross-contamination may occur even if you do inform us of a particular allergy that you may have.
We cannot take any responsibility if you do not inform us of your allergy or if cross-contamination occurs.
We strive to accommodate those with challenging diets.
Mobile Phones
We ask that you keep your mobile phone on silent while you are in the restaurant so as not to disturb other customers.
