We have an upcoming vacancy for a Chef de Partie.  The successful candidate will have at least two years experience working in quality kitchens.  Knowledge of vegetarian food is not essential but a solid technical grounding is.  An interest in modern cookery techniques and a desire to work to the highest possible standards is also essential.
