A delicious, crisp, lightly sparkling wine made from the Prosecco grape, grown in northeast Italy. It has a delicate floral aroma, refreshing acidity and lemon sherbet flavours. Wonderfully easy-drinking, this makes a perfect aperitif.

Albet i Noya - DO Cava Brut Reserva NV - Spain vg 1
An attractive alternative to Champagne from the Penedès region, near Barcelona. It is made by the traditional method using local varieties Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada plus some Chardonnay. Soft citrus fruits combine with a mellow nuttiness and balanced acidity. It has a long dry finish.

An excellent biodynamic Champagne made from 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay. It is multi-layered with delicious apple and biscuity notes. Its complexity comes from ageing on the lees, with integrated acidity and a lingering finish.

Chateau Richard - AOC Saussignac - France 2005 vg 5
A delicious sweet wine made from exceptionally ripe Semillon and Muscadelle grapes, enriched by noble rot. It comes from the Bergerac region, west of Monbazillac. Its deep golden colour and delicate orange blossom aromas combines with honey and ripe papaya on the palate.
