Avocado, Strawberry and Cream Cheese Bruschetta
Ideal for an impromptu summer brunch. Serve with large glasses of freshly squeezed orange juice or elderflower spritzer.
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
1/2 ciabatta
100g cream cheese
1 avocado
16 strawberries
freshly ground black pepper
Method:
Slice the ciabatta lengthways and cut in half, so that you have 4
slices.
Lightly toast the ciabatta.
Slice the avocado and slice the strawberries.
Spread the cream cheese on the toasted ciabatta and top with slices
of avocado and strawberries.
Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and serve straight
away.
